End Grains in Africa

This beautiful expression of 100% End Grain African Mahogany (Sapele) is oversized at 12" x 15" and a bit more than 2.5" thick.  Streaked with mahogany's characteristic and subtle grain patterns, this board glows like a dusky jewel.  This will make a handsome addition to any kitchen.  This is one of the harder hardwoods registering at 1500 on the Janka scale, meaning it will hold up to even the harshest of cutting tasks.  Sapele's natural moisture and rot resistance means that it will do just fine in your kitchen and that you'll be passing this board along to your kids and their kids.  Note:  Don't leave it wet.  You did see Gremlins, right?
